Job Title: Barista / Concession Attendant
Hourly Rate: $17.81 per hour

Sofive Soccer Centers is a leading operator of small-sided soccer facilities across the United States, delivering a high-energy environment where sports, hospitality, and community intersect. Team members play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional experience for guests across all food and beverage touchpoints.

Sofive is seeking a Barista / Concession Attendant to support daily food and beverage operations within a fast-paced soccer and recreation facility. This role is responsible for preparing beverages and concession items, delivering strong customer service, and maintaining operational standards across café and concession areas.

• Provide prompt, professional customer service to guests at café and concession counters
• Take and process food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages to company quality standards
• Prepare and serve concession items including snacks and ready-to-eat products
• Maintain consistency, speed, and presentation standards across all orders
• Operate and maintain coffee equipment, point-of-sale systems, and concession tools
• Restock inventory, ingredients, and supplies throughout each shift
• Maintain cleanliness and organization across workstations, café areas, and service counters
• Follow all company policies, health and safety requirements, and food handling procedures

• Familiarity with beverage preparation and basic food service processes
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Team-oriented with a positive and professional attitude
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds as needed

• Fast-paced hospitality environment within an active sports facility
• Shifts may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
