As a Flavor Expert, you’ll be the heart of our kitchen, bringing our wings to life with precision, care, and that legendary Wingstop flavor. You’ll prep our fresh‑made sides, hand‑sauce every order to perfection, and make sure each meal leaves the kitchen hot, fresh, and ready to wow.

• Deliver exceptional guest service or prepare crave‑worthy meals, sometimes both in the same shift
• Uphold food safety and cleanliness standards to keep the kitchen and front of house running like a well‑oiled fryer
• Collaborate with your team to keep things moving during busy rushes
• Stay on your toes and ready to help out wherever needed
• Show up with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to bringing the flavor every day

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and multitask
• Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Pay Range: $20 per hour - $20 per hour

This role is physically demanding and requires the ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, bend, reach, kneel, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift. Tasks may involve unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, moving equipment, and other labor‑intensive duties in a fast‑paced environment.
