Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Regional Sales Specialist for Southern California. The role requires extensive travel (up to 95%) to Oakmont communities to drive sales, oversee marketing and sales processes, and collaborate with the Corporate Marketing Director to ensure market-leading results.
Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, or related field, plus at least 2 years in senior living sales and direct sales experience in Memory Care/Assisted Living.
