EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent.
ExperienceOne year in building maintenance and equipment repair, preferable in a health care setting.
Knowledge and SkillsJourneyman level (expert) in at least one of the following trades, demonstrated competence in at least 2, and basic knowledge of remaining trades:
Painting, Carpentry, Maintenance, Electrical, HVAC and Locksmith. Basic computer skills. Read blue prints.
Valid California driver's license. Forklift certification preferred. Locksmith certification/bonded and HVAC EPA certification as applicable.
EquipmentExperience with hand and power tools. Employee provides basic personal hand tools.
Physical RequirementsMust be able to perform the essential physical requirements of the job.
PAY RANGE$22.00 - $30.57

Salary offers are determined by candidate's relevant experience and skills. For per diem positions, a standard rate is used based on market data and not the candidate's individual experience.
