Overview
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for the operation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Five years experience in electrical, HVAC, and refrigeration, preferable in a health care setting.
Knowledge and
Skills:
Good verbal and written communication skills. Extensive knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration. Basic computer skills. Read blue prints.
License/
Certifications:
Valid California driver’s license and EPA certification. Forklift certification preferred.
Equipment: Heaters, air conditioners, exhaust fans, refrigerators, freezers, etc. Employee provides basic personal hand tools
PAY RANGE
$23.98 - $35.98
