We're looking for our next Compensation Case Manager, someone with a service-oriented frame of mind even before they’ve had their coffee. We are looking for an individual whose smile and helpfulness can be heard over the phone and who enjoys learning something new every day. The ideal candidate must also be able to manage the routine work required to keep Ohio workers’ compensation cases moving forward and be motivated to deliver the highest-quality work to promote our firm’s reputation.

The person we hire will know what it means to work as a team
. Our firm represents many injured Ohioans in their workers’ compensation claims. This requires a team approach. This team member will gather and document detailed, case-specific information about potential cases fromour legal clients. This includes initial screening, explaining the firm's services, addressing the client's initial inquiries and needs, collecting data, conducting the Intake consultation, and preparing fee agreements and other initial documentation.
