Overview

FLINT is excited to announce that we are actively seeking talented individuals to join our team for the Fort McMurray Capital Project!

Location:

Fort McMurray, AB. Duration:
June 2026 – March 2027.

  • Exchangers
  • Tie‑ins
  • Bolt‑up/Welding
  • Piping
  • Structural Installation
Schedule and Benefits

14/7 rotation, 9.5‑hour regular time on an averaging agreement FI/FO with flight hubs in Edmonton and Calgary. Camp accommodation provided. Referral bonus available for journey persons.

Qualifications
  • Valid journeyperson or apprentice trade certificate.
  • Minimum 4 years in oil and gas construction projects preferred.
  • Must meet mandatory safety ticket requirements:
    Common Safety Orientation, Fall Protection, Aerial Work Platform, CWB B‑Pressure.
  • Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
  • Own reliable transportation to the site, valid driver’s license, and clean 5‑year driver’s abstract with under 6 demerits.
Additional Information
  • Position identified as safety sensitive, will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
