Business Office Associate
Full‑time position, Sunday – Thursday 9 am‑5 pm.
The Business Office Associate is responsible for a varied number of tasks, both clerical and more complex, and must aid colleagues in their work. Duties include greeting and helping business patrons as necessary, answering phones and emails, and assisting in financial transactions (processing monthly invoices, receiving payments, etc.).
Other duties also include handling paperwork, creating and maintaining records and databases, taking minutes, conducting research, checking and auditing the time clock, orienting and training new employees, answering customer inquiries, walking them through contracts and other processes, completing any tasks that arise, and ensuring required forms to maintain certifications and licenses with local, state, and federal departments are completed.
Qualifications & Skills- Knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

- Responsible and reliable.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Professional written and verbal skills for effective communication (good interpersonal abilities); competence in organizational time‑management, attention to detail, and accurate record‑keeping skills.
- Good judgment, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
- Ability to become proficient with Quick Books with on‑the‑job training.
