Location: Upper St. Clair
Community Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate LPN to provide 1:1 private duty nursing for a 14-year-old female in a home setting in Upper St. Clair, PA. This is a full-time position with a day shift:
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM.
You will perform ADLs, G-tube care, monitor seizures, administer medications, and collaborate with the family and care team to deliver family-centered pediatric care. Requires PA LPN/RN license, 6 months’ nursing experience, CPR, and reliable transportation.
