The Project Manager II supports the JTMS Joint Program Office by providing reliable coordination and administrative project support that enables senior leadership to make informed decisions and maintain execution discipline. This role ensures schedules, actions, and deliverables are tracked accurately and that coordination across JTMS branches and contracts is consistent and dependable.
What Success Looks Like- Meetings, working groups, and schedules are planned and executed smoothly with clear agendas and follow-through.
- Action items, milestones, and deliverables are tracked accurately and remain visible to leadership.
- Status reports and administrative documentation are timely, accurate, and decision-ready.
- Coordination across JTMS branches and supporting contracts is orderly and transparent.

Key Responsibilities- Plan and coordinate meetings, working groups, and schedules in support of program activities.
- Track action items, milestones, and deliverables to ensure commitments are visible and met.
- Prepare and maintain status reports and administrative documentation for leadership review.
- Support integration and coordination across JTMS branches and multiple supporting contracts.
- Maintain organized project records and ensure information is accessible and current.
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
- Active SECRET security clearance.
- Minimum of one (1) year of project coordination or administrative project support experience.
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Experience supporting DoD acquisition or IT programs.
- Familiarity with government portfolio management, task tracking, or workflow tools.
- Work is performed in support of a government program environment.
- Position requires maintaining an active SECRET clearance.
- Work location and schedule will align with JTMS program and customer requirements.
