Job Opening:
Assistant Office Manager
Our small, dynamic office is seeking an organized and dependable Assistant Office Manager to join our team. In this in-office role, you will play a key part in supporting HR functions, processing payroll, and managing accounts payable and receivable. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and be proficient in Quick Books or similar accounting software.
- Assist with HR administration, payroll processing, and all aspects of accounts payable and receivable
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees, vendors, and clients
- Utilize Quick Books or comparable accounting programs efficiently
- Maintain confidentiality in all office matters
- Demonstrate proven management or leadership experience
- This is an in-office position and requires availability for employee and vendor interactions one weekend per month
