The Role
Responsible for validating applications taken and applications processed. Priority is to make sure the application data count and types in various systems are compared and accurate. Communicating the audit results to all teams involved. If applications are missing, investigate where applications are. Running reports from different enrollment systems in a timely manner based on required due dates. The process involves, auditing to ensure accuracy, monitoring workflow, and initiating problem solving to solve complex problems and successfully meet deadlines.

- Conduct application validation from enrollment systems, Mainframe & CBS
- Communicate to all teams the results of validation findings.
- Manages & maintains a validation workflow calendar.
- Problem Resolution:
Identify when applications are missing and communicate to appropriate areas. - Ensure all apps are accounted for post enrollment, prior to first deduction date.
- Case Set-Up:
Ability to help the team with administrative case setup assistance through the scanning of application images & creating case level application documents for New Business underwriting review & workflow - Customer Service:
Communicate with internal departments, vendors and clients effectively and collaboratively. Utilize phone/face time vs. email as appropriate. Respond to internal and external requests within 24 hours.
- HS Diploma
- Minimum 1 year office support experience
- Previous experience running and analyzing reports.
- Ability to research report data and problem solve.
- Proficient in MS Office suite
- Technical Aptitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to effectively cope with a change and shift gears accordingly.
- Ability to work independently and organize own work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to handle and meet the demands during seasonal, 4th quarter period with limited time off.
- Four year college or technical degree; or equivalent work experience
- Voluntary/worksite insurance experience
- Insurance enrollment or insurance experience
- Prior experience with enrollment case set-up, batching and uploading files.
- Use of consultative problem solving skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Willingness to display strong commitment to teamwork and work in a collaborative environment.
- Work in a deadline driven, fast-paced environment.
The compensation range for this role is (based on the corporate location in Lake Forest, Illinois):
$22.00 - $31.79 per hour
The final salary offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for bonus.
