We are seeking an experienced and proactive Office Manager to provide essential administrative support to the Office of Online Learning and its leadership. The role coordinates daily office operations, schedules, events, and supports senior-level administrators.
Responsibilities- Manage daily office operations, including calendar management, correspondence, meeting coordination, and logistical support.
- Provide administrative support to the Director, including calendar, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries related to the Office of Online Learning.
- Assist with administrative aspects of meetings, retreats, workshops, and events.
- Manage and coordinate travel, purchasing, and expense reconciliation for the leadership and staff.
- Support planning efforts by coordinating schedules, maintaining records, preparing materials, and tracking action items for strategic initiatives.
- Communicate with faculty, staff, and campus partners regarding programs and initiatives as directed.
- Coordinate meetings, maintain project documentation, track timelines, and assist with communication and reporting activities.
- Assist with data collection, report preparation, spreadsheet maintenance, and record‑keeping.
- Coordinate with office leadership to maintain websites, guides, training materials, and other communication resources.
- Perform other duties in support of the Office of Undergraduate Education and the Office of the Provost as assigned.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, collaboration tools, and business systems.
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
- Identify and resolve operational challenges proactively.
This is a 100% full‑time Civil Service 3266 – Office Manager position. The expected start date is as soon as possible after the close of the search. The collective bargaining agreement sets a wage of $46,975.50 annually. Salary is competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience while also considering internal equity.
