Incubation Product Lead

We’re looking for a visionary Incubation Product Lead to join our Incubation team and own the product strategy, execution, and vision for a portfolio of independent early-stage startups currently being built within the  ecosystem.

These startups are separate from our core product, operate like high-autonomy startups, and require a unique blend of product leadership, founder-mindset, and strategic agility.

As the Incubation Product Lead, you’ll:

• Take full product ownership across multiple early-stage products at once
• Define each product’s vision and strategic roadmap from concept to product-market fit and early scale
• Work closely with dedicated startup teams (engineering, design, GTM) as the central product decision-maker
• Continuously validate product-market fit, pivot rapidly, and lead launches in fast-changing environments
• Serve as the connective tissue between the Incubation teams and 's executive leadership

• Set vision and strategy:
  Define product direction for each startup, balancing vision with learnings from early-stage users and market signals.
• Validate & iterate:
  Rapidly test hypotheses through MVPs, prototypes, and user feedback, pivot when needed, and prioritize relentlessly.
• Lead cross-functional teams:
  Work hand-in-hand with engineering, design, marketing, and business leads to deliver value end-to-end.
• Own outcomes:
  Take full accountability for adoption, retention, and success metrics across your portfolio.
• Collaborate with leadership:
  Work closely with the Incubation leader, CEO office, and other stakeholders to communicate progress, milestones, and learnings.
• Scale what works:
  Shape the long-term product foundations of products that may become major pillars of  in the future.
