At Lindsey Communities, we believe every inquiry is more than a phone call. It is a person or family looking for information, guidance, and confidence that comes from an expert as they make important decisions about care, services, and community living for older adults.
As a Enrollment Specialist, you will often be the first person prospective residents, clients, family members, and referral partners connect with. You will build relationships, answer questions, coordinate next steps, and help individuals navigate the services offered across Clark Lindsey, Lindsey Life Home Care, and Lindsey Life Adult Day Services.
You may thrive in this role if you…- Enjoy talking with people and building relationships, while appreciating clear processes and expectations.
- Like variety in the workday but finds satisfaction in organization and established procedures.
- Take pride in accuracy, attention to detail, and thorough follow-through; naturally double-check work and strive to get things right the first time.
- Prefer providing helpful guidance rather than high-pressure sales tactics.
- Value teamwork, collaboration, and supportive leadership.
- Appreciate clear objectives, defined policies, and structured workflows.
- Enjoy earning trust and becoming a dependable resource.
- Comfortable seeking guidance while learning, and working independently once confident.
- Welcome and assist prospective residents, clients, families, and referral partners by phone, email, and in person.
- Create positive first impressions that reflect the warmth and professionalism of Lindsey Communities services.
- Build trusting relationships and help prospects understand available services and options.
- Respond promptly to inquiries, and coordinate tours and consultations.
- Regularly follow-up with prospects.
- Educate individuals and families about our services and continuum of care.
- Support outreach efforts and represent Lindsey Communities at community events and networking opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records, notes, and prospect information within Hub Spot.
- Support lead tracking, reporting, workflow management, and data integrity.
- Build and maintain automated processes that improve efficiency and follow-through.
- Provide administrative support that helps keep the Membership department operating smoothly.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience in customer service, healthcare, senior living, home care, sales support, hospitality, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Drivers license, personal auto insurance and access to a vehicle to travel between locations from time to time.
The hourly pay rate for this position is between $27.00 - $36.00, and is based on experience. Bonuses equaling up to 2% of salary annually are available based on performance, generally in the spring and fall each year.
