The Project Manager position is critical to providing leadership on assigned projects to maintain positive client relationships. It involves estimating, providing direct supervision to subcontractors, and ensuring a successful, safe project completed on time and within budget.

• Provide overall leadership to ensure a safe, profitable, and timely project completion.
• Conduct onsite meetings and manage project team productivity.
• Coordinate with supervisors and site staff to address work procedures, complaints, and construction issues.

• Manage subcontractors and project schedules to meet milestones and deadlines.
• Create and adjust project plans as needed, including projections for materials, equipment, and inventory.

• Ensure construction quality exceeds standards, complies with contract requirements, and safety codes are followed.
• Oversee delivery of materials and investigate and correct serious situations.

• Administer contracts, negotiate with vendors, and submit permit applications.
• Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and building regulations.

• Assist in estimating and communicate proactively with clients and project teams.

• Exposure to fumes, mechanical parts, vibration, and outdoor conditions.

• 4-year degree or equivalent experience; 6-10 years in commercial construction.
• Experience with design-build methodology is a plus.

Requires occasional sitting, climbing, lifting up to 25 pounds, and good vision abilities.
