Construction Superintendent

We specialize in everything from home remodels to full-scale custom builds, guiding projects from architectural design to the completion of the residential building.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate 10-15 active residential remodeling projects, including creating and maintaining construction schedules, sequencing trades, and resolving conflicts to keep projects on track.
• Serve as the primary client-facing representative, handling on-site meetings, client concerns, change requests, and progress updates while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, engineers, subcontractors, and tradesmen to ensure design intent, scope, and specifications are executed accurately from proposal through project completion.
• Oversee job site operations including daily supervision, quality control inspections, punch list management, permitting, inspections, and compliance with safety and building codes.
• Manage materials, vendors, and procurement by monitoring inventory, reviewing quotations, coordinating deliveries, maintaining supplier relationships, and supporting cost control.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred;
  Associate degree or an equivalent combination of education and substantial hands-on construction experience will be considered.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in residential construction, remodeling, or renovation, with proven experience in superintendent and/or project management roles managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Demonstrated ability to read, review, and interpret architectural and construction plans, specifications, and design documents, and coordinate effectively with architects, designers, engineers, and field trades from design through completion.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar) and familiarity with construction/project management software; strong organizational, documentation, and scheduling skills.
• Solid understanding of residential construction methods, materials, sequencing, local building codes, permitting and inspection processes, safety standards, and leadership of subcontractors;
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Fluency in English required to communicate with clients, inspectors, and office staff
• Polish language skills preferred to effectively coordinate with field crews
