Zurich North America is hiring an Underwriting Services Specialist II to join the Operations team. The role provides advanced processing support for routine to moderately complex business transactions and offers the opportunity to grow your career by applying research and analytical skills.

• Service the needs of customers.
• Support others who maintain relationships with customers.
• Respond to inquiries quickly and completely, providing status updates.
• Recognize and respond to or refer opportunities.
• Identify and resolve problems by referring to policies, procedures, and standards.
• Continuously improve unit performance by analyzing and recommending enhancements to technical procedures.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent and at least 1 year of experience in Customer Service or Transactional Operations.
• Or, Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice with an Associate Degree; no prior experience required in Customer Service or Transactional Operations.

• Excellent customer service orientation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to produce a quality work product with detail and accuracy.
• Experience working in a high‑volume, production environment.
• Advanced data entry skills.

Pay: $20.00 – $27.50 hourly, with short‑term incentive bonus eligibility of 5%. The rate may vary by location.
