Customer Service Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member

Compensation: $17.50 per hour

• Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls.
• Provide high‑volume, fast‑paced support with accurate data entry.
• Assist customers with inquiries and issues related to policies, claims, and services.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Maintain polite and professional phone etiquette.

• Desire to "WOW every customer" and be the best.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, attention to detail.
• Works well in a team environment.
• Good judgment, good phone etiquette.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent oral, verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Computer skills – Excel, web‑based applications, Google Maps.
• Typing speed 40 wpm.
• Ability to adapt to a changing business environment.
• Bi‑lingual speaking skills a plus.
