Position Overview

As a Substitute Guest Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing support during peak periods or staff absences. Your exceptional customer service skills will help ensure a positive experience for guests and a smooth operation at our campus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Warmly greet guests and students upon arrival, providing assistance as needed
  • Manage incoming phone calls and inquiries, offering information about our programs and services
  • Assist with scheduling and confirming appointments for beauty treatments and consultations
  • Keep accurate records of client interactions, appointments, and other relevant information

    Resolve any guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient and welcoming atmosphere
  • Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth running of operations

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality or customer service is a plus
  • Previous experience in customer service or guest relations preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to multitask
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
  • A positive attitude and the desire to assist others
  • Flexible availability, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends, based on operational needs

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $15.00 and $16.20/hr actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
