Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist – Northbrook, IL (Hybrid, Part-Time)

North Star Kids is seeking a child & adolescent psychiatrist for outpatient evaluation and medication management in a private-pay practice serving children, adolescents, and select adults.

This is a part-time role to start
, with hybrid flexibility.

• Minimum one day per week in our Northbrook office
• Optional one day per week in our Chicago office
• Remaining clinical work may be hybrid depending on case mix

We are building a stable, high-integrity outpatient practice that prioritizes clear roles, thoughtful systems, and sustainable clinician workload. This position is well-suited for a psychiatrist who values close collaboration with experienced therapists in a structured consultation environment.

• Collegial collaboration with seasoned psychotherapists

• A clinically serious culture focused on quality and long-term practice stability
• Access to a secure, HIPAA-compliant digital scribe (used with patient consent) to reduce documentation burden

• Board eligible or board certified in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
• Comfort treating children and adolescents; adult work optional depending on interest and fit

This is not an inpatient role and not a volume-driven model.
