This full-time, in-person role supports middle school students in a co-teaching setting, helping them succeed academically, socially, and developmentally.

• Co-teach middle school ELA and STEM courses.
• Implement and support IEP goals and individualized learning plans.
• Provide academic, social, and functional support to students with diverse learning needs.
• Collaborate with educators, related service providers, and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings.
• Foster a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment.

• Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with LBS1 endorsement.
• Experience working with middle school students in co-teach or special education settings.
• Strong knowledge of IEP development and ability to differentiate instruction for diverse learning needs.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
