Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Private Teacher based in the Greater Chicago Area. The Private Teacher will provide one‑on‑one instruction and mentorship to students preparing for standardized tests, craft personalized lesson plans, and deliver tailored strategies to meet individual learning needs. Other responsibilities include monitoring student performance, providing feedback, and fostering an engaging, supportive learning environment. The role also involves guiding students in academic planning, study skills development, and addressing specific educational challenges.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Lesson Planning and curriculum design to meet individual student needs.
  • Experience in Education and Teaching, with a focus on standardized test preparation or related subjects.
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and team members.
  • Proficiency in Training and mentorship to guide students through their academic journey.
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Mathematics, or a related field; teaching certification is a plus.
  • Proven success in achieving significant standardized test score improvements is highly valued.
  • Passion for education and dedication to supporting student success.
