The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign seeks a Senior Lecturer in the School of Integrative Biology.

• Ph.D. in Environmental Biology or closely related field.
• 3 years of experience as Lecturer, Instructor, Senior Instructor, Head of Science & Research Lead, Director of Curriculum Area & Research Lead, Head of Curriculum Area, Head of Faculty, or related.

• Teach 1 - 2 courses depending on their intensity per semester.
• Assist in course development and continued improvement of coursework as well as introductory material for undergraduate Integrative Biology courses.
• Advise for students and curriculum tailoring to better suit the department goals and the quality of Integrative Biology education.
• Full Time, 12-month position.

. The budgeted salary range for the position is $80,. This position is eligible for sponsorship for work authorization, except for sponsorship of a new H1B petition that would incur the $100,000 fee. This position will be expected to work at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign campus on a full-time basis per the University’s Workplace Flexibility policy.
