Job Summary:
The Elementary Mentoring & Community Involvement Coordinator works collaboratively with community groups and school personnel to implement and expand school based mentoring program. He/she serves as the liaison between community groups, business partners, and assigned elementary locations. The Mentoring & Community Involvement Coordinator also provides ongoing support and maintains accurate records and files on all mentors, tutors, business partners, and other volunteers at assigned elementary locations.

- Other Duties
- Associate's Degree or a minimum of 30 hours of college credit
- Knowledge and ability to work with community and local businesses
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate with diverse populations
- Solid computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and Excel

- This is not a position within the collective bargaining unit and is not an administrative position
- The position is 15 hours per week, 5 hours per day, 3 days a week
- This is a non-exempt position
- Pay rate is $20.14/hour
