Job Summary

Teacher Assistant – Full‑time and Part‑time positions available at Circle Academy’s Urbana and Rossville campuses.

• Support certified special education teachers and students in the classroom.
• Create a structured, nurturing classroom that fosters academic and social growth.
• Collaborate with the instructional team in a team‑oriented environment.
• Maintain client confidentiality and uphold school values.

• ISBE Para‑Professional license required.
• Minimum of 21 years of age.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to complete a pre‑employment physical and background check.
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred.
• Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged.

• Urbana: $18.57–$34.31 per hour
• Rossville – High School Diploma (or GED) or Associate Degree: $16.77–$27.23 per hour
• Rossville – Associate Degree: $18.78–$30.46 per hour
• Rossville – Bachelor’s Degree: $19.96–$32.26 per hour
