Overview
Our client, a leader in aerospace manufacturing and engineering, is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer Solidworks Onsite to join their team. As a Mechanical Design Engineer Solidworks Onsite, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting product development and manufacturing teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

What’s the Job?- Conceptualize, design, and document the mechanical aspects to support the design, manufacturing, and service of aerospace products.
- Provide engineering design and analysis for new product development or modifications of existing products.
- Read and interpret aircraft manuals to determine system functionality and ensure compliance with technical standards.
- Participate in data collection trips to assess component size and functionality, and locate suitable part substitutes as needed.
- Review technical and contractual documentation to verify that designs meet all requirements and troubleshoot design or manufacturing issues effectively.
- Must-Haves:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. 2–5 years of professional design experience. Proficiency in Solid Works and Microsoft Excel. Eligibility Requirements:
Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder. (No C2C / No Sponsorship available). Must be able to obtain a Security Clearance if requested.
