What you have:- At least 2 years of experience as a patent agent
- MS or PhD in computer science computer engineering, electrical engineering, physics, or similar
- USPTO registration
- Preference given for experience with AI, machine learning, wireless networks, sensor applications, and/or optical applications
- Participate in inventor disclosure meetings
- Perform patentability and other searches and provide assessments of findings
- Draft patent applications
- Draft responses to office actions
- Assist with due diligence assessments of client and/or competitor patent portfolios
