Senior Product Manager - Industrial Switches and Motor Control

Product Manager – Switches, VFDs, SSRs & Soft Starters

I'm working with a global industrial automation manufacturer to find a Product Line Manager to own and grow a strategic product portfolio that includes industrial switches, variable frequency drives, solid state relays (SSRs), and soft starters.

This is a great fit for someone with a strong technical foundation who enjoys shaping product strategy, working closely with engineering and sales, and bringing industrial products to market.

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for core industrial product lines and new product introduction
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning
• Lead new product development and product enhancements from concept through launch
• Partner with engineering, sales, and marketing on business cases and GTM strategy
• Support sales teams and channel partners with training and technical insight
• Gather VOC through customer visits, trade shows, and distributor engagement
• Travel up to 25‑30% for customers, events, and market research

• Engineering degree required (electrical, mechanical, or similar)
• Product management or technical product development experience
• Strong understanding of industrial automation, motor control, or electromechanical products
• Ability to translate technical concepts into market and product strategy
• Comfortable working cross‑functionally with engineering, sales, and marketing
