- Led retrofit of existing lighting along 4.7 miles of I-88.
- Milwaukee Ave from Addison St to Belmont Ave in Chicago Street lighting.
- Congress Parkway from Wells St to Michigan Ave.
- Traffic signal.

- Electrical demolition, temporary bus terminal and proposed lighting.
