KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support and execute quality assurance activities including audits, inspections, and testing to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of quality documentation and procedures.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and problem‑solving efforts to resolve quality issues.
YOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
  • 3+ years of experience in quality engineering or quality assurance roles, preferably in manufacturing environments.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive action processes.
  • Proficiency with quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, and statistical analysis software to support data‑driven decision making.
  • Experience with quality standards such as ISO 9001 and familiarity with audit processes.

  • Advanced degrees in Engineering disciplines such as Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams and drive process improvements.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a passion for quality excellence.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain quality management.
