Engineering Intern

Menasha Corporation is a leader in packaging and supply chain solutions, focusing on corrugated and plastic packaging.

• Assist with the design, development, and testing of engineering projects.
• Create and update drawings using AutoCAD, Solid Works, or similar software.
• Organize and maintain project documentation and data.
• Identify and optimize processes to enhance efficiency, reduce cycle time, and optimize material usage.
• Analyze current quality control processes, identify common defects and their root causes, and propose solutions to improve product quality.
• Present project outcomes to leadership.
• Other duties as assigned.

Project completion.

Currently enrolled or recent graduate of an engineering program (e.g., Mechanical, Manufacturing, Plastics).

Minimum GPA of 3.0.

Prior experience with prototyping, testing, or CAD software.
