Location: Hybrid occasional onsite in Michigan City, IN and Chicago IL (remote)

Bulk is a rapidly growing industrial services company operating across multiple business lines and geographies. We are building a strong finance and analytics function to support operational decision-making, scale, and long-term value creation.
We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to support accounting execution, controls, and financial analysis as our business grows in scale and complexity.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong accounting foundation who also enjoys analyzing results and improving how finance supports the business.
What You’ll Do Accounting & Close Support- Support general accounting and period-end close
- Prepare and review account reconciliations
- Assist with accruals, journal entries, and close analysis
- Support fixed asset accounting and roll forwards
- Assist with other general accounting tasks as needed
- Assist with internal controls and review discipline
- Prepare schedules and support for audit requests
- Help ensure processes are documented and repeatable
- Analyze P&L and balance sheet trends
- Support working capital analysis (AR, AP, inventory)
- Build clear, practical reporting for finance leadership
- Partner with operations to improve visibility
- Support process improvements and automation
- Help reduce manual work and improve data quality
- Support ERP conversion
- 4–8 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Strong understanding of general accounting and close
- Comfortable working with data and analysis
- Hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and collaborative
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA or CPA‑track
- Net Suite experience or experience with other major ERPs
- Multi‑entity or operational business exposure
- Hands‑on exposure to both accounting and analytics
- Clear support structure and mentorship
