We’re seeking a Finance Due Diligence Manager with 4–6 years of TAS experience to join a high-performing Transaction Services team. The role will lead a small team and not travel outside of the area other than for yearly team meetings. Great opportunity
Responsibilities- Conduct Quality of Earnings, working capital, and risk analyses
- Build/review financial models and prepare diligence reports
- Partner with MDs and stakeholders on 3–4 deals simultaneously
- Mentor junior team members
- Able to work hybrid in the Chicago area
- 4–6 years TAS experience
- Big 4 or national firm background strongly preferred
- Strong GAAP knowledge and advanced Excel/financial modeling skills
Health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and other bonuses are included. This role pays 120-150k DOE.
