- Support sales growth and servicing existing relationships within the Retirement Plan Services Team
- Partner with the sales team to respond to proposal requests
- Research and analyze information for prospective clients
- Prepare proposal presentations based on analysis
- Respond to product and competitive positioning questions
- Schedule and prepare review materials for existing clients
- Assist with onboarding of new retirement plan business
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 or more years retirement plan service experience preferred
- Working knowledge of retirement plan laws and regulations preferred
- Robust oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite
- Experience with various virtual meeting platforms
Demonstrates expertise in retirement plan services, including strong analytical skills and robust communication abilities. Proficient in preparing proposal presentations and managing client relationships while adhering to retirement plan laws and regulations.
