Physical Therapist (Healthcare)
Seeking a Compassionate, Skilled, Physical Therapist. Join the team at Clark Lindsey! The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating, planning, and providing evidence-based physical therapy services to residents across the continuum of care, including short‑term rehabilitation, long‑term care, outpatient, and assisted living settings. The PT promotes functional independence, mobility, safety, and improved quality of life in alignment with Clark Lindsey’s resident‑centered approach.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic interventions including gait training, balance retraining, strengthening, modality, and functional mobility.
- Document services accurately and timely in accordance with regulatory and payer requirements.
- Monitor equipment and ensure safe practice environments.
- Contribute to restorative and wellness programming.
- Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants in accordance with Illinois licensure rules.
- Doctorate or Masters degree in Physical Therapy.
- Current Illinois PT license.
- CPR certification.
- Experience working with adult and geriatric populations strongly preferred.

Compensation and BenefitsThe pay for this PRN position is $51.00 per hour. Bonuses equaling up to 2% of salary annually are available based on performance, generally in the spring and fall each year.
