Overview
Occupational Therapist (Healthcare) – Clark Lindsey
Seeking a compassionate, skilled Occupational Therapist to provide therapeutic evaluation and treatment designed to enhance residents' ability to perform activities of daily living, promote independence, encourage engagement, and support meaningful participation in daily routines.
What Youll Do- Conduct comprehensive OT assessments focused on functional abilities, cognition, ADLs, and safety.
- Develop and execute individualized intervention plans.
- Address upper-extremity function, fine motor skills, ADLs, IADLs, and adaptive equipment needs.
- Document per professional standards and provider requirements.
- Provide family training, education, and resident-centered support.
- Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants per state regulations.
- Doctorate or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Current Illinois OT license.
- CPR certification.
- Experience working with adult and geriatric populations strongly preferred.

Compensation and BenefitsThe pay for this PRN position is $51.00 per hour. Bonuses equaling up to 2% of salary annually are available based on performance, generally in the spring and fall each year.
