• Provide direct physical therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist to help residents improve mobility, strength, endurance, and functional independence.
• Carry out treatment programs as established by the supervising PT, including gait training, balance exercises, therapeutic activities, and functional mobility tasks.
• Document resident care and communicate progress or concerns to the PT.
• Ensure safe and proper use of therapy equipment.
• Participate in interdisciplinary coordination and restorative programs.

• Associate Degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Illinois PTA license.
• CPR certification.
• Geriatric experience preferred.

Pay: $35.00 per hour. Bonuses up to 2% of salary annually based on performance.
