Way To Grow Pediatric Therapy
is seeking multiple part-time and full-time Speech-Language Pathologists to provide services to Illinois school-based populations for the 2026–2027 academic year. Opportunities are available for in-person, virtual, and hybrid service delivery models, depending on district needs and clinician preference.
Due to continued growth and expanding district partnerships, we are actively hiring several clinicians for the upcoming school year.

Position OverviewThese positions offer the opportunity to provide high-quality speech-language therapy services to Illinois students in a school-based setting. Clinicians may work fully onsite, fully virtual, or in a hybrid model that combines both.
Both part-time and full-time schedules are available based on candidate availability and district placement.
Minimum Requirements- Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with SLP endorsement
- Ifresidingoutside of Illinois (for virtual roles), must hold a valid SLP license in the state of residence
- Ability to provide services during standard school hours
- For virtual roles:
Reliable computer and high-speed internet access
- Familiarity with Illinois IEP processes
- Knowledge of the Embrace IEP system
- Deliver engaging and effective speech-language therapy services (in-person, virtual, or hybrid)
- Participate in IEP meetings and complete required documentation and reporting
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
- Provide case management services as assigned
- Maintain working knowledge of federal and Illinois education laws and regulations

Serving children ages birth to 18, our current offerings include evaluations and ongoing support for speech and language, physical therapy, occupational therapy, feeding therapy, dyslexia services, audiology + hearing aid services, central auditory processing diagnostics and therapy, integrated neurodevelopmental team assessments, counseling and support + group enrichment offerings in our Peoria Heights-based center.
