Associate Professor

Carle Health seeks an Associate Professor in Healthcare & Medical Services for our Research & Development (R&D) department. This faculty role leads clinical and health services research that advances patient outcomes and safety in a community-based, integrated health system. The Associate Professor will design and secure funding for studies, oversee multidisciplinary projects, publish in peer-reviewed journals, and present ponsibilities include mentoring trainees and junior faculty, collaborating with clinical teams, and integrating research findings into care models.
