Talent Manager
Key Job Responsibilities
Full Cycle Recruitment Management
Lead end‑to‑end recruitment by developing tailored hiring strategies, managing job postings, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting offer development and negotiation.
Build and maintain active and passive talent pipelines through targeted sourcing and ongoing relationship-building, while representing the organization at community, university, and industry events.
Partner closely with hiring leaders through intake meetings, structured interview support, and regular requisition updates, providing data‑backed guidance that shapes hiring decisions and improves overall talent strategy.
Talent Market InsightsAnalyze labor markets, competitor activity, and compensation trends to inform recruitment strategy and recommend adjustments to requirements, timelines, or role structure.
Technology, Compliance & ReportingMaintain accurate ATS documentation, ensure adherence to compliance and EEO guidelines, and identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve candidate experience.

Do you have what it takes?
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
- Full‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably in-house, across a variety of roles and business areas.
- Proven ability to build pipelines and leverage ATS platforms; experience with Success Factors or Smart Recruiters is a plus.
- Strong sourcing capabilities and proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, SharePoint, Teams)
- Clear, professional communication skills and the ability to influence and set expectations.
- Strong organization and time‑management skills to handle shifting requisition volumes.

The compensation for this position ranges from $55,000 to $75,000 annually
, based on location, experience, skills, and qualifications. Please note that the top end of the range is not guaranteed and does not represent a starting offer. This position is also eligible for bonus potential
