You Are:

A skilled consultant with Oracle Project Management Cloud expertise who can help clients meet Project Financial Management needs. Use your know-how, creativity, and analytical powers to solve clients’ most complex business problems. You must be comfortable leading projects and teams and handling the details of work streams and configuring Oracle Project Management Cloud solutions. You are specialized in Oracle Project Management Cloud and certified within the last 12 months.

You also have the communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game.

• Facilitates design workshops with business stakeholders to understand requirements and recommends robust design
• Contributes to large-scale, global work streams requiring cross workstream knowledge of Oracle Project Management Cloud
• Collaborates with project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create a stand-out Projects solution powered by Oracle Project Management Cloud
• Leads teams to design, set up, test, and deploy Oracle Project Management solutions and ensures all pieces work together in an integrated environment
• Understands Oracle Cloud Project Management data model conversions and advises business teams on conversion strategies and leading practices
• Guides and leads testing cycles and performs cutover activities as required for go-live preparation
• Plans and organizes tasks and reports progress on track/deliverables
• Demonstrates an end-to-end solution to the client during hands-on Oracle demonstrations

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

• Minimum of 3 years experience working with Oracle Applications
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Project Management Cloud (Project Financial Management:
  Project Foundation, Project Costing, Project Control, Project Billing, and Enterprise Contracts for Project Billing; Project Execution Management: Project Management, Project Resource Management, Task Management)
• Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a functional advisory or consulting role on Oracle Cloud transformation Project
• Minimum of 2 full life-cycle Oracle Cloud PPM implementations
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years’ work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent (minimum 6-year working experience)

• Oracle Project Management Cloud Certification
• Oracle EBS Project Portfolio Management experience
• Cross-Functional exposure to Finance and other modules

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a range of factors, including location, role, skill set, and experience. As required by law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
