The Product Management team is looking for a Product Manager to drive security strategy and shape the future of our platform. In this pivotal role, you’ll define the vision for our security capabilities, anticipate emerging threats and market opportunities, and collaborate across the organization to deliver a best‑in‑class security platform that customers trust and rely on.
Role Responsibilities- Good understanding of cloud native security; communicates technical implementation to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Owns product roadmap for Cloud Security, Identity Access Management and the Security Center features of Relativity One.
- Works directly with Security Leads to develop strategy and goals for all areas of security with emphasis on Azure Policies, Cyber Operations tools, Kubernetes role management, Identity & Access management platforms such as Okta and Microsoft Entra, Privileged Access Management tooling, Azure Cloud Security Posture Management, Relativity One Security Center application, Microsoft 365 Security Suite.
- Define and execute the product roadmap for our platform's security capabilities.
- Translate complex technical capabilities into compelling value propositions for diverse audiences.
- Align stakeholders around a unified security vision and priorities.
- Familiarity with security frameworks like NIST, ISO 27001, or OWASP.
- Proactively identify security gaps before they become industry‑wide problems, build products that customers advocate for, and establish Relativity as the most trusted, scalable, and innovative security platform in the eDiscovery industry.
- Understand technical requirements for completion of new initiatives and ensure team is set up for success.
- Operate as an indirect leader, facilitating communication across internal stakeholders and effectively communicating ‘why’ and gaining buy‑in. Also responsible for driving conflict resolution among product development stakeholders.
- Provide direct feedback to peers and be skilled at understanding multiple points of view.
- Generates excitement and curiosity when working with highly complex systems.
- Is a team player with proven ability to deliver features from inception to delivery.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail‑oriented, enthusiastic self‑starter with ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure.
- Expertise in Information Security.
- Strong project manager able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong facilitation and analysis skills.
- Strong business acumen.
- 5+ years of experience in product management at a technology company.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Knowledge and experience doing discovery & usability testing to gather customer feedback.
Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices.
This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long‑term incentives.
The expected salary range for this role is between $115,000 and $173,000. The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
