Gainwell Technologies seeks a forward-thinking Director of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to lead the design and implementation of AI solutions, with a focus on applying emerging technologies, such as Generative AI (GenAI), to enhance healthcare delivery and optimize operations.

• Drive the development of AI-powered solutions, incorporating GenAI for applications like chatbots, documentation tools, and predictive analytics.
• Collabore with product and engineering teams to integrate AI and GenAI capabilities into Gainwell’s platforms, ensuring scalability and alignment with client needs.
• Lead a team of AI engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Establish best practices for AI and GenAI deployment, ensuring compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
• Stay informed about advancements in AI, exploring opportunities to incorporate them into Gainwell’s offerings.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, with 3+ years working on GenAI or related technologies.
• Experience integrating AI solutions in healthcare or government systems is a plus.

This position is 100% remote with up to 15% travel annually.
