You’ll take ownership of technical products and projects, working closely with a wide range of business stakeholders.
Responsibilities include:
- Translating business needs into high-quality technical solutions
- Challenging existing systems and processes through innovation
- Staying current with industry and technology trends
- Delivering impact immediately - developers are trusted and empowered
We’re looking for someone who brings both technical excellence and a commercial mindset:
- Strong experience with C#/.NET or other OO languages such as Java or Python
- Experience with SQL databases
- Exposure to Azure and/or AWS
- A passion for programming and modern technology
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to own projects from inception through delivery
- Interest in understanding business problems and building domain expertise
- Confident, professional communication skills
- Financial Services experience is advantageous, but not essential
Please note, the following are non-negotiable for our client:
- 5 days per week onsite in Champaign
- Strong academic background, including:
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field from a top university
- Minimum 3.3/4.0 GPA (or international equivalent)
