Product Manager – Global Studio

The Product Manager will oversee the requirements, strategy, roadmap, and delivery of software products that support Aon’s Business goals. This Individual Contributor role will work closely with global stakeholders to identify needs, define priorities, and deliver scalable solutions.

• Requirements, Product Strategy & Vision: Define and articulate a clear product requirements, vision and strategy aligned with Aon’s strategic goals and operational requirements.
• Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), AI/ML and data technologies. Familiarity with workflow, automation and machine learning preferred.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with business leaders, IT, and end-users to understand internal needs and translate them into product requirements.
• Roadmap Execution: Work using Agile methodologies and be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization to delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality releases.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data insights and metrics to prioritize features, measure impact, and continuously improve products.
• Compliance & Security: Ensure all software solutions adhere to Aon’s data protection, security, and compliance standards.

• Experience: 5+ years of product management experience as an Individual Contributor, preferably in a global organization, with at least 3 years focused on data platforms, ML infrastructure, or related fields.
• Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with Fin Tech/Insurtech, cloud computing, insurance, or financial services operations is desirable.
• Technical Acumen: Experience working with Agile Methodologies and with software tools like Azure Dev Ops, Jira, and Confluence.
• Business Acumen: Create Epics, Stories, features and support System/User Testing as part of Aon’s SDLC process.
• Leadership: Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams, including in a distributed or remote setting. Proactively gaining consensus across all stakeholders.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, Computer Science, or an equivalent; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
