WhatYou’ll Do
- Collaborate with data/solution architects, business analysts, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver data solutions.
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance data pipelines.
- Support data quality, governance, and documentation initiatives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development and production environments.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in architecture, processes, and tooling.
- Work closely with internal and client teams to align on priorities and timelines.
- 8+ years of professional work experience in data engineering with at least 2+ years working on the Snowflake platform is required.
- 2+ years of professional work experience in the P&C insurance industry is preferred.
- 2+ years of experience working for a technical consulting organization.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, or Scala, and working with structured and semi-structured data.
- Solid experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and storage services (S3).
- Hands‑on experience with data orchestration, version control, and CI/CD pipelines is required.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Must be authorized to work for any U.S. company without requiring visa sponsorship or transfer now or in the future.

- Preferred location is in the Chicago, IL metro area; however, will consider candidates who live outside of the Chicago area (midwest or east coast preferred).
- Work is usually remote; however, flexibility to travel up to 50% to the client location is required.
