IT Project Manager, Digital Marketing
We are seeking a Digital Enablement Manager to drive the successful adoption of enterprise technologies across a growing professional services organization. This role leads technology rollout strategies, change initiatives, and training programs to ensure new tools deliver measurable business impact.
You will partner with cross-functional leaders to improve operational efficiency, strengthen digital capabilities, and embed technology into core business processes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute adoption strategies for enterprise platforms, collaboration tools, and emerging technologies.
- Design and deliver training programs (virtual and in-person) to ensure user proficiency.
- Create documentation including user guides, best practices, and process workflows.
- Lead change management efforts to support system implementations and minimize disruption.
- Measure adoption success and refine strategies using data and stakeholder feedback.
- Collaborate with business leaders to align digital initiatives with organizational goals.
- Partner with vendors to support implementation and training efforts.
- Stay current on digital transformation trends and best practices.
- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise technology adoption initiatives, including ownership of rollout strategies, user enablement plans, and measurable adoption outcomes.
- Proven ability to drive organizational change, including developing communication strategies, managing stakeholder alignment, and supporting leaders through technology transitions.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-focused messaging.
- Solid understanding of enterprise technology environments, including collaboration platforms, business systems, and emerging digital tools.
- Experience defining and tracking adoption metrics, analyzing usage data, and refining strategies based on measurable results.
- Ability to partner effectively across IT, operations, and business functions in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Certification in change management, project management (PMP), or related discipline.
- Experience supporting AI-enabled or emerging technology implementations.
- Background in professional services or matrixed organizational environments.
