The Fountain Group is a national staffing firm and we are currently seeking a Learning Operations Associate for a prominent client of ours. This position is in North Chicago, IL 60064. Details for the position are as follows:
OverviewWe are seeking a Learning Operations Associate to support training coordination, compliance tracking, and Learning Management System (LMS) administration. This is a highly dynamic role requiring strong organization, adaptability, and communication skills.
This individual will partner closely with Learning & Development teams to support onboarding, training logistics, and compliance initiatives while ensuring an excellent learner experience.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate all training and learning operations activities including onboarding, offboarding, and classroom sessions
- Serve as LMS Administrator (assign training, track completion, run reports)
- Manage training compliance (training matrices, audit readiness, reporting)
- Facilitate new hire training sessions as needed
- Support training logistics including on-site event coordination and classroom setup
- Generate and analyze training reports; communicate insights clearly to stakeholders
- Provide end-user support for LMS and training technologies
- Assist with content development and training communications
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of learning initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, HR, Organizational Development, or related field
- 2-3+ years of experience in Learning Operations, LMS Administration, or L&D support
- Hands-on experience with an LMS (Compliance Wire highly preferred)
- Strong Excel and reporting skills (tracking, metrics, analysis)
- Experience facilitating training or onboarding sessions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and pivot quickly
