• Maintain an active and productive research program in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management.
• Conduct high-impact research in artificial intelligence, machine learning, predictive analytics, and digital transformation.
• Teach undergraduate and graduate-level courses in Information Systems, Business Analytics, AI for Business, Data Science, and related subjects.
• Deliver courses across in-person, hybrid, and online formats.
• Contribute to curriculum development and academic program enhancement.
• Supervise and mentor students in research and academic development.
• Participate in departmental and university service activities.
• Publish research in leading academic journals.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration across business and technology fields.

• Ph.D. in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong research portfolio in relevant academic or applied domains.
• Demonstrated teaching effectiveness at undergraduate or graduate level.
• Expertise in AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics methodologies.
• Experience with generative AI, large language models, or automated decision systems is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership potential in academic research and teaching.
• Ability to contribute to interdisciplinary research initiatives.
• Excellent communication and academic writing skills.
